Shipping Policy:

We take pride in our product and want to guarantee that you receive it in a timely fashion in the same condition that it left us.  Due this commitment to our product and dedication to our customers, Mason Engineering ships only with UPS and United States Postal Service.  We Ship from 93063, Simi Valley California.

We only ship UPS to the 48 Continental States and Canada

We ship exclusively to Alaska and Hawaii by United States Postal Service only

We can only ship United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to delivery constraints.
 

We never charge for packing and handling.

 

We do not ship via FedEx

For international orders please contact us for more information.  International Orders cannot be processed by any other method other then phone orders.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

 

 Return Policy:

If at any time you are unhappy with our product we will gladly offer a refund.  However we only offer refunds on new condition items that have not in any way been modified.  Modified and used items will be considered for refund as a used item and are subject to a depreciated refund which will be determined upon return.

 If you are returning your purchase you are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping insurance coverage.

Additionally a 10% restocking fee be deducted from your refund if you are returning your item due to no fault of ours.
