Shipping Policy:

We take pride in our product and want to guarantee that you receive it in a timely fashion in the same condition that it left us.  Due this commitment to our product and dedication to our customers, Mason Engineering ships only with UPS and United States Postal Service.  We Ship from 93063, Simi Valley California.

Generally our product ships within 1-3 days of purchase permitting we have the item in stock and ready to ship.  If we do not have the item available we will need to manufacture the product and we will notify you of this delay.  This delay can be between 2-4 weeks depending on the item being manufactured.  Please be patient with us.  We want to make sure you receive a quality product.

We only ship UPS to the 48 Continental States and Canada

We ship exclusively to Alaska and Hawaii by United States Postal Service only

We can only ship United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to delivery constraints.
 

Packaging and Handling is included in the shipping charge.

 

We do not ship via FedEx

For international orders please contact us for more information.  International Orders cannot be processed by any other method other then phone orders.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

 

 Return Policy:

If at any time you are unhappy with our product we will gladly offer a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date when purchased from Mason Engineering.

Sorry, we will not offer any refunds or provide service repairs for product purchased through third parties.

 

We understand if you installed the product and it didn't fit.  We will gladly offer a refund if the merchandise has not been damaged

However we only offer refunds on new condition items that have not in any way been modified from its original purchase condition. 

• Refunds will not be issued for damaged, modified from original condition, incomplete, or  "Custom" and  "Special Order" items

  Modified is defined as anything done to the merchandise that alters its appearance from original state when purchased to include powder coating, painting, electroplating, enlarging mounting holes, engraving bar or any other process that changes the physical characteristics of the product from the condition that you received it. 

If you are returning your purchase you are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping insurance coverage. 

Additionally a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if you are returning your item due to no fault of ours.
